BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENTS Regular Meeting of November 24, 1969, 7:30 p.m. AGENDA SECTION 1. Approval of the minutes from the regular meeting of October 27, 1969. NEW PUBLIC HEARING: 1. Application for a lot split and realignment of lots by the City of Hermosa Beach on property located at approximately 406 Pacific Coast Highway and owned by Everett M. Gregory. This request would be to divide easterly 32 feet of lot 3 from the westerly 16 feet of lot. Easterly 32 feet would then be purchased by City for alley extension and widening. Westerly 16 feet would be combined with lots 1 and 2, which adjoin lot 3, thus creating one large lot. BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENTS REGULAR MEETING OF DECEMBER 8, 1969, 7:30 P.M. AGENDA SECTION I. Gonzalez in order to permit the addition of 132 square feet to an existing utility room which is attached to existing single-family ~esidence; said residence having no garage or off-street parking facilities, in lieu of required one- car garage. Adop t ed Resolution 154-10 grant ing request. 3. Application for a variance at 1217 6th St. by Lee & Carol Moore, Jr., in order to permit a cabana 19 ft. by 9 ft. to be erected 3 ft. from side property line in lieu of required 4 ft. Adop ted Resolution 154-11 granting request 4. Application for a variance at 20 22nd Street by Bruce and Pauline Gobel in order to permit a downstairs conmercial store front to be converted into a two-bedroom apartment, existing structure covering more than 75 permcent of ground area, having nonconforming sideyards, 0 foot set back in lieu of required 3 feet.
