The meeting was cal.led to order. by the Chairman, and t he Secr etary

Inspector asking re-view for parldng requirements and e::tte~i0r met al
construction fr;r a 72x.25', type-=4, steel bvild:i..ng1 for use as a garage,
at 2701 Pacific Coast Highway, the so~therly 200t of the northerly 7009
of the easterly 140' of Let A, Tract 1594j MroBi ll Craighton applicant~
Mr. Creighton was present,speaking on behalf oi his requesto
It was established that Renault representatives from France would visit
his business in Hermosa Beach on February l4j 2000 :i.nv.:i.t a.tions have been
sent to Renault owners in thi.s area; the new building i s needed for this
occasion; Mr.,Creighton would suffer a hardship if requlred to wait until
the regular meeting of the Commissicn on Feb1"tlary 13 f O'!' a decisiono
He was unaware of the necessity for. a review by the Cornmissio~c M'r-., Creighton
said, adding that this building would cover 1800 aqua't"e feet of the 28.,000
square foot lot, the balance being ave.ilable for display and parking ..
