1 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA
2 BEACH, CALIFORNIA, DENYING A VARIANCE TO ENCROACH INTO THE
SIDEYARD SETBACK AT 1228 BONNIE BRAE.
3 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a hearing on this
4 matter on January 6, 1987 and made the following Findings:

There are no unusual features of size, shape, or topography
related to the property which qualify the property for a
variance;
A substantial property right is not being denied;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission
ll of the City of Hermosa Beach, California, does hereby deny a
12 variance to encroach into the s ideyard setback at 1228 Bonnie
13 Brae.
