RESOLUTION NO. P.C. 154-621
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH
DETERMINING THAT THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT DF PIER AVENUE FROM PACIFIC
COAST HIGHWAY TO THE EASTERLY CITY LIMITS CONFORMS TO THE CITY 1 S
ADOPTED GENERAL PLAN.
THE PLANNING COMMISSION of the City of Hermosa Beach does resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, at their regular meeting of August 14, 1967,
did study and review the proposed improvement of Pier Avenue from Pacific Coast
Highway to the easterly city limits;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that in view of the findings at said review,
the Planning Commission does hereby determine that the location, purpose and
extent of the project conforms to the City 1 s adopted General Plan and the
Planning Commission approves the same in all respects.
The foregoing resolution was adopted by the Planning Commission at a regular
meeting held on August 14, 1967, by the following vote:

None
ABSENT: Comm. Noble
