A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA
BEACH AMENDING ITS RULES AND REGULATIONS TO ~ESCfilHBULE THE
REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING DATE
THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH does resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, at the adjourned meeting of the Planning Commission on January 22, 1968,
and at the request of one of the Planning Commissioners with a conflict of
scheduled meeting dates, the Commission did consider amending the rules and
regulations of the Commission to change the date of the established meeting
night;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that after due consideration, the established
meeting time be changed from the second Monday night of each month, to the
first Monday night of each month, as the legally scheduled meeting date,
and that this amendment shall become effective in March of 1968.
The foregoing resolution was adopted by the Planning Commission at an
ad j ourned meeting held on January 22, 1968, by the following vote:
