RESOLUTION 154-639 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH GRANTING A ZONE VARIANCE UPON CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ON CYPRESS AVENUE IN THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH does resolve as fol lows: WHEREAS, there was filed with this Commission under the provisions of Ordinance N.S. 154, application for zone variance by Richard and Katherine Stoner, on that property owned by the applicants and located at 644 Cypress Ave.; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Hermosa Beach did on February 13, 1968, conduct a duly advertised public hearing to consider this application to permit applicants to erect a 2000 sq. ft. manufacturing building having three accessible parking spaces and one tandem parking space in lieu of the four required accessible parking spaces, on property described as follows: Lot 3, Block 1, Tract 1686 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in view of the findings at said hearing, the Planning Conmission does hereby grant this zone variance for the reasons that it is in keeping with the existing bui ]dings in the area, and that it is not detrimental to any of the surrounding properties. The foregoing resolution was adopted by the Planning Commission at a regular meeting held on the 13th day of February, 1968, by the following vote: AYES: NOES: ABSENT: Comm.
