A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH
AMENDING THE RESOLUTION GRANTING ORIGINAL CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT,
TO PERMIT ADDITION UPON CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ON PACIFIC COAfl.T
HIGHWAY IN THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH, CALIFORNIA
THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH does resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, there was filed with this Commission under the provisions of Ordinance
N.S. 154, application for conditional use permit by St. Michael 1 s Hospital on
that property owned by the applicant and located at 1845 Pacific Coast Highway;
and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Hermosa Beach did on February
13, 1968, conduct a duly advertised public hearing to consider this application
to permit applicant to add to an existing hospital a separate building, one story,
to be used for office space and storage, on property described as follows:
lot 18 and 19, Block 81, 2nd addition to Hermosa Beach,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT R6SOLVED that in view of the findings at said hearing,
the Planning Commission does hereby amend the original resolution granting
conditional use permit to St. Michael 1 s Hospital, to allow an addition to the
existing hospital, as designated on plans submitted, provided that the trailer
now in use will be removed upon completion of this addition, and granted for
the reasons that it does not appear that this addition will be detrimental to the
surrounding properties, nor does it create any excessive off street parking
disadvantages, as the present parking facilities are more than adequate.
The foregoing resolution was adopted by the Planning Commission at a reg u lar
meeting held on the 13th day of February, 1968, by the following -rote:
