N.S . 154, a p p l i ca ti o n f or zone ame ndment by Madelyn Joh nson affec t in g p r op erty
lo c ated on Prospect Avenu e , between Twenty-f irst St reet and Artesia; and
WHEREAS, t he Planning Commission of the Ci ty of He r mosa Beac h did on Febru a ry
13 , 1968 and March 4, 1968 , c onduc t duly a dve r t is ed pu b lic hea ring s t o con sid er
this appli ca tion to perm it rezoning from R-1 to R-3 that pr op erty de s cribed
as follows:

a ffirmative action.
