A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANN I NG COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOS A BEACH,
CALIFORNIA, GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT UPON CERTAIN PROPERTY
LOCATED ON PIER AVENUE IN THE CI TY OF HERMO SA BEACH, CALI FOR NIA
THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH does r e solve as follows:
WHEREAS, there was filed with th is Commis s ion , und er the provisions of Ordinance
N.S. 154, appli cation for con di tiona l us e permit by th e Alta Oe na Dairy upon
prop erty owned by the applicant an d loca t ed at 205 Pi er Avenue; and
WHERE AS, t he Pla nn i ng Comm iss ion o f th e Cit y of Her mos a Be ac h did on Mar c h 4, 1968,
c on duc t a du ly adve rtised public hearing t o co nsider thi s a pplic at i o n to pe rmi t
us e of prope r ty for a dr i ve -in r e t ail dairy s tore, wi t h busi ne ss hou rs fr om 8 a.m.
to 9 p.rn . daily, o n th a t pro perty l egally described as f o l lows :
Lot 1, Bloc k 49, First add ition t o Hermosa Be ach trac t,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that , in view of the findin g s at said hearing
the Planning Commis s ion gra nt thi s condi t ional use pe r mit with the f ol lowi ng
