HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC Resolution 154-650Name: Location: To Permit: Date; Ronald Rieman, Elizabeth Rieman 643 Cypr es s Tandem parking in Manuf actu ring zo ne Apr i I l , I 968 RESOLUTION P.C. 154-650 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA B£ACH GRANH!~G A ZONE VARIANCE UPON CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ON CYPRESS AVENUE IN THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH, CALIFORNIA THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH does resolve as follows: WHEREAS, th e re was f iled with this Commission under t he provisions of Ordinan c e N.S. 154, app lication for zo ne variance by Ronald Ri em an and Elizabe t h Rieman, on that property owned by the appli cant s and located at 643 Cypress Avenue; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commi ss ion of t he Ci ty of Hermos a Bea c h did on April 1, 1968, conduc t a duly advertised public hearing to co nsider this application to per mit app licant s to erect a 1999 sq. ft. manufacturing building having three accessible parking spac es and one tandem par king space, in lieu of f our re­ quired acc ess ible parking spaces, on property described as follows: Lo t 18, Block H, Tract 1686 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in view of the findings at said hearing, the Planning Commission does grant thi s variance for the reason s it doe s not seem to be detrimental to th e surrounding areas, and a n established precedence has been effected in the immediate ar ea so t ha t the parking would not be detrimen t a l to the applicant, nor to th e neighborhood. The foregoing resolution was adop ted by the Planning Commission a t a regular meeting held on the 1s t day of April, 1968 1 by the foll owing vo te: AYES: NOES: ABSENT: Comm.
