A RESOLUTION OF THE PLA NNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH
GRANTING A ZONE VARIANCE UPON CERTAIN PROPERTY LOC ATED ON FIRST STREET
IN THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEAC H, CA LIFORNIA
THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE C ITY OF HERMOSA BEACH does resolve a s foll ows:
WHEREAS, t here was filed with this Commission under t he provisions of N.S. 154,
ap plication for z one varianc e by Margar et Satt e rl y on that prop e rty owned b y th e
applicant, and located at 100 1 1st Street ; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commi ssion o f the City of Hermosa Be ach did on May 6, 1968
c onduct a duly ad ve rtised public hearing to consider t his app lica ti on t o divide
a pa rcel o f lan d con si stin g of 49.5 feet by 145 feet int o two s eparate parcels,
each consisting of 3555 sq . ft., 49 ft. wide by 72 ft . deep, on prope rty des cribed
a s fol l ows:

ut ilize th e large plot of l and boun ded by Barney Court and Fi rs t Stre e t to its
bes t advantage; and tha t this granting be conti ngent on th e f ollowing:
l. Th e prop e rty be re cor ded with the Coun ty Recorder's office as two s eparate
parcels.
2. That af fid avi ts and a g r e ement s be r e cor ded by t he County Record er 's off i ce, a
covenant and agreeme nt wi th th e City of Hermosa Beach, that e ach parcel sha l l be
l imited to a sing le fami ly residence.
