A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA
2 BEACH, CALIFORNIA, DENYING A ZONE CHANGE FROM R-P, C-POTENTIAL TO

C-3, AND A NEGATIVE DECLARATION WITH MITIGATING MEASURES FOR
721,723 SIXTH STREET, LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS . LOTS 6 AND 7, TRACT
8525.

5 WHEREAS, the P1anning Commission held public hearings on
6 this matter on February 4, 1986 and March 4, 1986 and made the
7 following findings:

A Precise Plan of the proposed use of the • property was not
submitted by the applicant as required in Section 1103 of the
Zoning Ordinance. 10

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission
13 of the City of Hermosa Beach, California does hereby deny a zone
14 change from R-P, C-Potential to C-3, and a Negative Declaration
15 with mitigating measures for Lots 6 and 7, Tract 8525.
