HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC Resolution 86-14RESOLUTION P.C. 86-14 1 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COt1MISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA 2 BEACH, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING AN AMENDMENT TO THE ZONING OR­ DINANCE DELETING THE MAXIMUM OF 2 UNITS PER LOT ALLOWED IN THE R- 3 2 AND R-2B ZONES. ---- 4 5 WHEREAS,---__ the Planning Commission held a public hearing on ~-.. this matter on March 4, 1986, and made the following finding: 6 7 8 9 1. The proposal will make the City's Zoning Ordinance more con­ sistent with the General Plan.
