RESOLUTION 86-15
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA
BEACH, CA LIF OR NI A, DENYING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP #30986 AND A NEGA
TIVE DECLA RA TI ON WITH MITIGATING MEASURES FOR A 10 LOT SUBDIVI
SION AT 532,534-540 20TH STREET.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a _public hearing on
this matter on March 4, 1986 to consider this matter and made
thefollowing findings:
1. The size of the proposed lots is smaller than the prevailing
lot size in the area in which they are located, which is in
consistent with Section 29.5-8(d) of the City Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEP that the Planning Commission
of the City of Hermosa Beach does hereby deny Tentative Tract Map
#30986 and a Negative Declaration with mitigating measures for a
10 lot subdivision at 532,534-540 20th Street.
VOTE: AYES: Comms.Rue,Peirce,Chmn.Sheldon
NOES : Comm. Compton
ABSENT: Comm.Schulte
ABSTAIN: None
