HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC Resolution 86-17RESOLUTION P.C. 86-17 1 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA 2 BEACH, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING A GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT TO ALLOW A MINIMUM OF ONE DWELLING UNIT PER LEGAL LOT. 3 4 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Hermosa Beach 5 held a public hearing on this matter on March 4, 1986 and made 6 the following findings: 7 1. In all residential designated areas, there exist legal lots 8 9 on which a single unit does not conform to the density designation; 10 2.
