A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA
2 BEACH, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING A GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT TO ALLOW
A MINIMUM OF ONE DWELLING UNIT PER LEGAL LOT.

4 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Hermosa Beach
5 held a public hearing on this matter on March 4, 1986 and made
6 the following findings:
7 1. In all residential designated areas, there exist legal lots
8

on which a single unit does not conform to the density
designation;
10 2. To prevent use of such lots for at least one (1) residential
11

unit may encourage a claim of inverse condemnation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission
of the City of Hermosa Beach does hereby recommend a General Plan
Amendment to allow a minimum of one (1) dwelling unit per legal
15
16 lot.
