1987, OF A PRECISE PLAN FOR A PROPOSED HOTEL AT 731-739 TWENTY

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the proposed exten
sion at their 'April 1, 1986 meeting; and
WHEREAS, the proposed extension is consistent with ap-
8 plicable ordinances;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission
of the City of Hermosa Beach, California does hereby approve the
proposed time extension to May 14, 1987.
