RESOLUTION P.C. 86-23

A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA
2 BEACH, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A PARKING PLAN FOR A MEDICAL OFFICE
IN A SHOPPING CENTER AT 1200 PACIFIC COAST HIGHWAY.

4 WHEREAS, the 'Planning Commission held a public hearing on
5 this matter on April 1, 1986 and made the following findings:

The proposal will benefit neighboring residents and
businesses;
The proposal will make the development more compatible with
the Zoning Ordinance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission
of the City of Hermosa Beach, California does hereby approve a

Parking Plan for a medical office in a shopping center at 1200

Pacific Coast Highway subject to the following conditions:

Space #41 on the proposed plan shall be parallel to space
1/40. The revised plan shal 1 be submitted to the Planning
Director for approval.
Businesses locating in the center after 4/1/86 shall be
limited to uses which are required to provide one parking
space per at· least 250 square feet of gross floor area.
A sign stating "Additional Parking upper level in rear" shall
be permanently mounted with the use of concrete in the land
scaped area immediately east of the outdoor stairway on the
lower level parking lot. The sign shall be 5 feet high and
at least 4 square feet in area. The sign and materials shall
be reviewed and approved by the Planning Director prior to
installation.
