2 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA
BEACH, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING ADDITIONAL MODIFICATION OF ARTI
CLE 5, TWO-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, SECTION 500(2) TO ALLOW MORE
THAN A MAXIMUM OF 2 UNITS PER LOT IN THE R-2 AND R-2B ZONES. 4
5 WHEREAS, the Planning Commision held a hearing on this matter
6 on April 1, 1986, and made the following finding:

1. The proposal will make the City's Zoning Ordinance more con-
sistent with the General Plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that Planning Commission of
the City of Hermosa Beach does hereby recommend the fol lowing
amendment to the Zoning Ordinance:
Section 1. Article 5, Two-Family Residential Zone, Section
500(2) to read as follows:
"Attached, and/or detached multiple family dwelling units"
VOTE: AYES: Comm.Compton,Schulte,Peirce,Chmn.Sheldon
NOES: None
ABSENT: Comm.Rue
ABSTAIN: None
