HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC Resolution 86-311 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 RESOLUTION P.C. 86-31 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING A GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT TO ALLOW A MINIMUM OF ONE DWELLING UNIT PER LEGAL LOT IN ·AREAS DESIGNATED FOR RESIDENTIAL USE. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Hermosa Beach held a public hearing on this matter on June 3, 1986 and made the following Findings: 1. 2. In all residential designated areas, there exist legal lots on which a single dwelling unit does not conform to the den­ sity designation; To prevent use of such lots for at least one (1) residential unit may encourage a claim of inverse condemnation; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Hermosa Beach does hereby recommend a General Plan Amendment to allow a minimum of one (1) dwelling unit per legal lot in areas designated for residential use. VOTE: AYES: Cornrns.Peirce,Rue, Schulte,Chmn.Compton NOES: None ABSENT: Comm.
