1 I I A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA
BEACH, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING AMENDING THE ZONING MAP BY
2 11 CHANGING THE ZONE FOR AREAS AS DESCRIBED BELOW AND SHOWN ON THE
ATTACHED EXHIBITS.

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on
December 2, 1986 and made the following Findings:

The State law requires consistency between the zoning and the
General Plan;
Rezoning the subject properties as indicated on the attached
Exhibits A through C will result in consistency between the
zoning and General Plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission
12 of the City of Hermosa Beach, California does hereby recommend
13 that the Zoning Map shall be amended for various areas as shown
14 on the attached Exhibits and described as follows:

16 SW Area I, (Exhibit A) Rezone from M-Zone and Open Space Zone to
17 R-3 Zone, legally described as Lots 9-14, 41-46, 7 4-76, 105-110
18 of Walter Ransom Company's Venable Place Tract; Lots 2-4 of Tract
19 No. 81; and portions of Lot 78 of the 2nd Addition to Hermosa
20 11 Beach Tract including portions of abandoned Railroad subspur.
21 SW Area II, (Exhibit B) Rezone from R-2 Zone to R-3 Zon~, legally
22 .. described as Lots 1-5 of Block W and Lots 1-10 of Block V of
23 Tract No. 2002; Lots 1-9 of Block G and Lots 1-20 of Block Hof
