1 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA
BEACH, CALIFORNIA DENYING AN APPEAL TO REQUIRE AN ENVIRONMENTAL
2 IMPACT REPORT FOR A 6-UNIT APARTMENT PROJECT AT 933 SIXTH STREET.
3 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on
4 this matter on February 3, 1987, and made the following Finding:

1. The project will not have a substantial negative impact on
surrounding properties and residents;
8 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of
the City of Hermosa Beach, California, does hereby deny an appeal
9 of the Staff Environmental Review Committee's Negative
Declaration in regard to a 6-unit apartment project at 933 Sixth
10 Street.
