HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC Resolution 87-19RESOLUTION P.C. 87-19 1 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A ZONE CHANGE FROM 2 R-1, C-POTENTIAL TO C-3 AND A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED TO THE REAR OF 1514 PACIFIC COAST HIGHWAY, LEGALLY 3 DESCRIBED AS REAR ONE-HALF OF LOT 2 OF THE HEFFNER, FIORINI, ALLEN TRACT. 4 5 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on April 7, 1987 and made the following Findings: 6 7 A. 8 The Planning Commission wishes to expand commercially-zoned property within the multi-use corridor; B.
