1 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA
BEACH, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A ZONE CHANGE FROM
2 R-1, C-POTENTIAL TO C-3 AND A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED TO THE REAR OF 1514 PACIFIC COAST HIGHWAY, LEGALLY
3 DESCRIBED AS REAR ONE-HALF OF LOT 2 OF THE HEFFNER, FIORINI,
ALLEN TRACT.

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on
April 7, 1987 and made the following Findings:

The Planning Commission wishes to expand commercially-zoned
property within the multi-use corridor;
B. The C-Potential designation indicates that this property's g

ultimate use is a commercial use; and
The proposed zone change is cons is tent with the General
Plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission
of the City of Hermosa Beach, California, does hereby
recommend a zone change from R-1, C-Potential to C-3, General
Commercial for the rear 1/2 of Lot 2 of the Heffner, Fiorini,
Allen Tract.
