RESOLUTION P.C. 87-33
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA
BEACH, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A ONE-YEAR EXTENSION TO MAY 19,
1988, FOR A PRECISE PLAN FOR A PROPOSED HOTEL AT 731-739 TWENTY
FIRST STREET.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the proposed
extension at their May 19, 1987 meeting and made the following
Findings:
A. The applicant is attempting to obtain financing for the
proposed hotel;
B. This time extension does not exempt the project from Zoning
requirements current, or future;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission
of the City of Hermosa Beach, California does hereby approve
the proposed time extension to May 19, 1988.
VOTE: AYES: Comms.Compton,Rue,Schulte,Chmn.Sheldon
NOES: Comm.Peirce
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
