1 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA
BEACH, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A PARKING PLAN FOR A RESTAURANT
2 EXPANSION IN A SHOPPING CENTER AT 1101 AVIATION BOULEVARD AND
APPROVING AN ENVIRONMENTAL NEGATIVE DECLARATION.

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on
July 21, 1987 to receive oral and written testimony regarding
this matter and made the following Findings:
A. The proposed unit is compatible with the zoning and General
Plan;
B. The imposed conditions of approval will mitigate any
significant problems which may occur with the project;
C. Businesses in the shopping center have peak hour parking
demands at differing times throughout the day;
D. The shopping center will contain 196 parking spaces;
E. The shopping center contains approximately 47,821 square feet
of gross floor area including the proposed restaurant
expansion;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission
of the City of Hermosa Beach, California, does hereby approve
a Parking Plan for a restaurant at 1101 Aviation Boulevard
subject to the following conditions.
A Covenant shall be recorded with the deed for the site with
the City a party thereto, limiting the use of the site and
prohibiting the elimination of any parking spaces.
