The proposed unit is compatible with the zoning and General Plan; B. The imposed conditions of approval will mitigate any significant problems which may occur with the project; C. Businesses in the shopping center have peak hour parking demands at differing times throughout the day; D. The shopping center will contain 196 parking spaces; E. The shopping center contains approximately 47,821 square feet of gross floor area including the proposed restaurant expansion; F. 1. 2. 3. The Zoning Code requires 1 parking space for each 250 square feet of gross floor area. spaces are required; One hundred ninety-two parking NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Hermosa Beach, California, does hereby approve a Parking Plan for a restaurant at 1101 Aviation Boulevard subject to the following conditions.
