HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC Resolution 87-671 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 25 26 27 28 RESOLUTION P.C. 87-67 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH DETERMINING THE LEGAL USE TO BE TWO DWELLING UNITS FOR PROPERTY KNOWN AS 734 AND 734-1/2 BAYVIEW DRIVE AND LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS WEST HALF OF LOT 3, BLOCK B, TRACT 860. WHEREAS, on November 4, 1987 the Planning Commission held Public Hearing to receive written and oral testimony regarding the legality of two dwelling units on the subject property; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the two dwelling units existed on the property prior to 1956 when such units could have been lawfully created; and WHEREAS, testimony and documentation was provided that .the two dwelling units have been continuously used, therefore preserving the vested right to maintain the nonconforming use. 1) VOTE: NOW THEREFORE THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA BEACH DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: The city records shall reflect that the legal use of the property is for two dwelling units. AYES: NOES: ABSTAIN: ABSENT: Comms. Ingell, Peirce, Rue, Vice Chmn. Compton None None Chmn.
