A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA
2 BEACH 1 CALIFORNIA 1 RECOMMENDING AMENDING THE ZONING MAP BY
CHANGING THE ZONE FOR AREAS AS DESCRIBED BELOW AND SHOWN ON THE
3 ATTACHED MAPS AND ENVIRONMENTAL NEGATIVE DECLARATION.
4 WHEREAS 1 the Planning Commission held a public hearing on
5 January 19 1 1988 and made the following Findings:
6 A. The State law requires consistency between the zoning and the
7 General Plan;
8 B. Rezoning the subject properties as indicated on the attached

Maps 2 through 3E will result in consistency between the
zoning and General Plan;
NOW 1 THEREFORE 1 BE IT RESOLVED that the Plannning Commission
12 of the City of Hermosa Beach 1 California 1 does hereby recommend
that the Zoning Map shall be amended for various areas as shown
13 on the attached maps and described as follows:
14 Area 1A 1 (Map 2) Rezone from R-3 Zone to R-2 Zone 1 legally
described as Lots 1-5 1 Tract 1/2649; Lots 1-8 1 Hiss Addition to
15 Hermosa Beach;
16 Area lB 1 (Map 3 -3E) Rezone from R-3 Zone to R-2 Zone:
