RESOLUTION P.C. 88-22
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA
BEACH, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF A CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT AND TENTATIVE TRACT MAP #17513 FOR A FOUR UNIT CONDOMINIUM
AT 1020 MONTEREY BOULEVARD.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a hearing on March 1,
1988 to consider this matter and made the following Findings:
A. The Planning Commission approved a Conditional Use Permit and
Tentative Tract Map for a 4 unit condominium on February 18,
1986;
B. The California Subdivision Map Act allows for one twelve
month extension of the tentative map;
C. Building permits have been obtained and construction has
commenced;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission
of the City of Hermosa Beach, California, does hereby approve
a twelve month extension of the Conditional Use Permit and
Tentative Tract Map 1117513 subject to the following
conditions:
1. Tentative Tract Map #17513 will expire on February 18, 1989.
2. Pursuant to the California Subdivision Map Act, no additional
extension may be granted.
3. Final building permits shall not be granted prior to City
approval of final tract map.
VOTE: AYES: Comms.Ingell,Peirce,Rue
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: Chmn.Compton
ABSENT: Comm.DeBellis
