RESOLUTION P.C. 88-28
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA
BEACH, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF TENTATIVE TRACT MAP
#30986 FOR AN EIGHT LOT SUBDIVISION AT 532, 534-540 20TH STREET
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a hearing on April 5,
1988 to consider this matter and made the following Findings:
A. The Planning Commission approved a Tentative Tract Map for
an eight lot subdivision on April 15, 1986;
B. The City Council, at their meeting of May 27, 1986, denied an
appeal of this matter and concurred with the decision of the
Planning Commission;
C. The California Subdivision Map Act allows for one twelve
month extension of the tentative map;
D. The applicant has been working with City Staff to obtain
approval of grading and drainage plans;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of
the City of Hermosa Beach, California, does hereby approve a
twelve month extension of Tentative Tract Map #30986 subject
to the following Conditions:
1. Tentative Tract Map #30986 will expire on April 15, 1989.
2. Pursuant to the California Subdivison Map Act, no additional
extension may be granted.
3. Final building permits shall not be granted prio;-to City
approval of final tract map.

NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
