A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA
1 BEACH, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING AMENDING THE ZONING MAP BY
CHANGING THE ZONE FOR THE AREAS AS DESCRIBED BELOW AND SHOWN ON
2 THE ATTACHED MAPS AND RECOMMENDING AN ENVIRONMENTAL NEGATIVE
DECLARATION.

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on
July 19, 1988 and made the following Findings:

The lots in the subject sub-area BA are of sufficient size to
be zoned R-2B;
Rezoning of sub-area BA properties to R-2B and sub-area 8B to
R-1 will result in a density reduction;
C. The General Plan designates sub-area BB as Low Density and
the rezoning of said area will result in consistency;
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission
of the City of Hermosa Beach, California, does hereby recommend
13 that the Zoning Map shall be amended as shown on the attached
maps and legally described as follows:

1. Rezone sub-area BA from R-2 to R-2B, legally described as
follows:
Lot 1 of Tract 25800.
Lots 9-23 inclusive of the Heffner, Fiorini, Allen Tract.
