A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA
2 BEACH, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 1120409
RESUBDIVIDING A THREE LOT PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT BACK INTO THE
3 ORIGINAL TWO LOTS & ADOPTING AN ENVIRONMENTAL NAGATIVE
DECLARATION AT 228 -234 TWENTY-NINTH STREET.

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on
September 20, 1988 and made the following Findings:
A. The resubdivision of the subject property will not result in
nonconforming structures;
B. Density will not be affected by the proposed resubdivision;
C. The resubdivision will result in two larger lots than the
existing;
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission
of the City of Hermosa Beach, California, does hereby approve
13 Tentative Parcel Map 1120409 resubdividing the three lot Planned
Unit Development back into the original two lots (Lots 10 and 12,
14 Block 114 of the Shakespeare Tract) and adopt an Environmental
Negative Declaration at 228 -234 29th Street.
