1 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA
BEACH, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING AMENDING THE ZONING MAP BY
2 CHANGING THE ZONE FOR THE AREA AS DESCRIBED BELOW AND SHOWN ON
THE ATTACHED MAP AND RECOMMENDING AN ENVIRONMENTAL NEGATIVE
3 DEC LARA TI ON.
4 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on
5 October 18, 1988 and made the following Findings:
6 A. State law requires consistency between the zoning and General
7 Plan;
8 B. Rezoning of area 4 from R-3 to R-1 will result in maintaining
9 the density status quo and bring the zoning into consistency;
10 C. Rezoning of the subject area is consistent with advisory
11

measure EE;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission
13 of the City of Hermosa Beach, California, does hereby recommend
that the Zoning Map shall be amended as shown on the attached map
14 and legally described as follows:
15 1. Rezone area 4 from R-3 to R-1, legally described as follows:
16 Portion of Lot A of Tract 1594.
