RESOLUTION P.C. 88-100
1 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA
BEACH, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING AMENDING THE GENERAL PLAN BY
2 CHANGING THE DESIGNATION FOR AREA BA AS DESCRIBED BELOW AND SHOWN
ON THE ATTACHED MAPS AND ADOPTING AN ENVIRONMENTAL NEGATIVE
3 DECLARATION.
4 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on
5 December 6, 1988 and made the following Findings:
6 A. The lots in the subject Area BA are of sufficient size to be
7 designated to Medium Density;
8 B. Redesignating of Area BA from Low Density to Medium Density
9 with R-2B zoning will result in a density reduction;
10 C. The General Plan requires an amendment from Low Density to
11 Medium Density to bring the area into consistency;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission
13 of the City of Hermosa Beach, California, does hereby recommend
that the General Plan shall be amended as shown on the attached
14 maps and legally described as follows:
