RESOLUTION P.C. 89-10
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HERMOSA
BEACH, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE GRADING PLAN FOR
AN EIGHT LOT SUBDIVISION, TENTATIVE TRACT MAP NO. 30986.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a hearing on January
17, 1989, and made the following Findings:
511 A. The "French Drain" will increase the percolation and decrease
the potential of flooding;

711 B. The storage capacity of the project storm drain pipe will
decrease the potential flooding of the adjacent property;

911 C. The diversion of water by the Power Street project storm
drain will reduce the amount of water flowing onto adjacent
properties as well;

12 11 D. The proposed grading plan does not significantly differ from
original grading plan; sixteen inches (16") higher will have
no impact;

16 11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission
of the City of Hermosa Beach, California, does hereby recommend
17 11 approval of the grading plan for an eight lot subdivision,
Tentative Tract Map No. 30986.
