A RESOLUTION OF THE HERMOSA IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION
APPROVING A POLE SIGN ON AN R-3 LOT
WHEREAS, The Hermosa Improvement Commission, on April 4, 1978, reviewed
a proposed pole sign at 1839 Pacific Coast Highway; and ,
WHEREAS, the Commission found that such a request would necessitate a
variance in that the property is zoned R-3; and
WHEREAS, the Commission noted that the property has been used as a hospital
for at least 20 years and that the applicant has just completed an interior
remodel of the hospital;
WHEREAS, the Commission noted that the proposed pole sign was significantly
smaller in size and height than the existing pole sign;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Hermosa Improvement Commission hereby
approves the proposed pole sign for the hospital at 1839 Pacific Coast Highway.
