Approval of (a) Resolution P.C. 89-17 recommending amending the zoning or~ dinance regarding the exceptions to the maximum height al­ lowed and adoption of a Environmental Negative Declaration. (b) Resolution P.C. 89-74 approving a Conditional Use Permit and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map #21370 for a 3-unit condominium at 515 8th Street. (c) Resolution P.C. 89-82 denying a variance to allow an en­ croachment into the required 17' garage setback at 3133 The Strand. Section II Communications 5. Anyone wishing to address the Commission regarding a matter not related to a public hearing on the agenda may do so at this time. Section III Public Bearings 6. Master Conditional Use Permit for expansion of E & E Auto Body Shop and for all the automotive uses at 505 & 555 Pacific Coast Highway and adoption of the Environmental Negative Declaration (continued from 8/15, 10/3 & 11/8 meetings). Recommended Action: To approve the Master Conditional Use Per­ mit and adopt the Environmental Negative Declaration. 7. Conditional Use Permit and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map #21688 for a 3-unit condominium at 1460 Loma Drive. Recommended Action: To approve the Conditional Use Permit and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map. -1 - 8. Conditional Use Permit and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map #21575 for a 3-unit condominium at 641 6th Street. Recommended Action: To approve the Conditional Use Permit and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map. 9. Conditional Use Permit and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map #20342 for a 3-unit condominium at 226 Manhattan Avenue. Recommended Action: To approve the Conditional Use Permit and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map. 10. Conditional Use Permit amendment and Environmental Negative Dec­ laration for additional parts storage for Vasek Polak BMW & Sub­ aru Dealerships at 2851 Pacific Coast Highway (continued from October 17, 1989 meeting). Recommended Action: To continue to December 5, 1989 meeting and proceed with citation enforcement. Variance for car stackers to encroach into the setback require­ ment & Environmental Negative Declaration at 2901 Pacific Coast Highway, Vasek Polak BMW Dealership (continued from October 17, 1989 meeting) Recommended Action: To continue to December 5, 1989 meeting and proceed with citation enforcement. Consideration of the revocation of the existing Conditional Use Permit for Vasek Polak BMW Dealership at 2901 Paci fie Coast Highway (continued from October 17, 1989 meeting). Recommended Action: To continue to December 5, 1989 meeting and proceed with citation enforcement. 11. Draft Circulation, Transportation and Parking Element of the General Plan (continued from October 3, 1989 meeting). Recommended Action: To recommend approval of the Circulation, Transportation and Parking Element. Section IV Hearing 12. To rezone portions of the area at the southeast corner of Arte­ sia Boulevard & Prospect Avenue from R-P to C-2 and R-P to R-1 and to General Plan amend a portion from General Commercial to Low Density Residential. Recommended Action: To adopt resolution of intent and set for public hearing. Section V 13. Staff Items a. Tentative future Planning Commission agenda. b.
