(a) Resolution P.C. 89-79 to consider General Plan amendments
and/or zone changes for the property bounded by Prospect
Avenue on the west, Artesia Boulevard on the north, and
24th Street on the south.
(b) Resolution P.C. 89-83 approving a Master Conditional Use
Permit for expansion of E & E Auto Body Shop and for all
the automotive uses at 505 & 555 Pacific Coast Highway,
and adoption of the Environmental Negative Declaration.
(c) Resolution P.C. 89-85 approving a Conditional Use Permit
and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map #21688 for a 3-unit con
dominium at 1460 Loma Drive.
(d) Resolution P.C. 89-86 approving a Conditional Use Permit
and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map #20342 for a 3-unit con
dominium at 226 Manhattan Avenue.
(e) Resolution P.C. 89-87 approving a Conditional Use Permit
and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map #21575 for a 3-unit con
dominium at 641 6th Street.
(f) Resolution P.C. 89-93 recommending approval of the draft
Circulation, Transportation and Parking Element of the
General Plan.

not related to a public hearing on the agenda may do so at

6. Conditional Use Permit amendment and Environmental Negative
Declaration for additional parts storage for Vasek Polak BMW
& Subaru Dealerships at 2851 Pacific Coast Highway (continued
from October 17 and November 21, 1989 meetings).
Recommended Action: To approve master Conditional Use Permit
for BMW, Volkswagon, Subaru and used cars dealerships and
adopt the Environmental Negative Declaration.
Variance for car stackers to encroach into the setback re
quirement & Environmental Negative Declaration at 2901
Pacific Coast Highway, Vasek Polak BMW Dealership (continued
from October 17 and November 21, 1989 meetings).
Recommended Action: To receive and file, no variance
required.
Consideration of the revocation of the existing Conditional
Use Permit for Vasek Polak BMW Dealership at 2901 Pacific
Coast Highway (continued from October 17 and November 21,
1989 meetings).
Recommended Action: To not revoke at this time and proceed
with enforcement as necessary.
7. Conditional Use Permit for a tanning salon and adoption of
the Environmental Negative Declaration at 1559 Pacific Coast
Highway, Toucan Tan.
Recommended Action: To approve said Conditional Use Permit
and adopt the Environmental Negative Declaration.
8. Conditional Use Permit and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map
#21331 for a 3-unit condominium at 1502 Loma Drive.
Recommended Action: To continue this matter until the appli
cant submits the revised plans.
9. Conditional Use Permit and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map
#21330 for a 3-unit condominium at 1508 Loma Drive.
Recommended Action: To continue this matter until the appli
cant submits the revised plans.
10. Conditional Use Permit for on-sale general alcoholic
beverages and Environmental Negative Declaration at 2515
Pacific Coast Highway, Hotel Hermosa.
Recommended Action: To deny the request for service of al
coholic beverages in the meeting room and instead allow in
individual guest rooms only & adopt the Environmental Nega
tive Declaration.
11. Conditional Use Permit and Parking Plan amendment to reduce
the size of the dealership and the parking arrangement at 840
Pacific Coast Highway, Casey's Used Cars.
Recommended Action: To approve said Conditional Use Permit
and Parking Plan amendment.
