Approval of (a) Resolution P.C. 89-15 approving a Conditional Use Permit for off-sale of beer and wine & Environmental Negative Declara­ tion at 50 Pier Avenue, Pier Market. (b) Resolution P.C. 89-20 approving a Conditional Use Permit & Vesting Tentative Parcel Map #20557 for a 2-unit condominium at 1737 Prospect Avenue. (c) Resolution P.C. 89-23 recommending amending the General Plan by changing the designation for areas 6, 10 & 12 & Environ­ mental Negative Declaration. (d) Resolution P.C. 89-24 recommending amending the General Plan and the zoning map by changing the designation to General Commercial and the zone to C-3 & Negative Declaration at 1107 Pacific Coast Highway (Lot 4, Block l, Tract 6851 only). (e) Resolution P.C. 89-25 recommending approval of a precise plan for the construction of a drive-thru restaurant & En­ vironmental Negative Declaration at 1107 Pacific Coast Highway. (f) Resolution P.C. 89-27 recommending amending the General Plan and the zoning map by changing the General Plan to General Commercial and the zone to C-2 & Environmental Negative Dec­ laration for the privately owned portion of Biltmore Site Specific Plan Area. Conditional Use Permit & Parking Plan to allow outdoor dining and adoption of the Environmental Negative Declaration at 2205 Pacific Coast Highway, Numero Uno Pizzeria (continued from 3/21/ 89 meeting). Recommended Action: To deny the Conditional Use Permit and Parking Plan. 7. Conditional Use Permit and Tentative Parcel Map #20779 for a 3 unit condominium at 540 11th Street. Recommended Action: To approve the Conditional Use Permit and Tentative Parcel Map. 8. First quarter General Plan amendment: a) General Plan amendment to consider the location and policies regarding Multi-Use Corridor and to consider a Specific Plan Area & Environmental Negative Declaration (continuted from 3/21/89 meeting). Recommended Action: To recommend designating a portion Com­ mercial Corridor and the remainder Residential & adoption of the Environmental Negative Declaration. 9. Text amendment regarding height of hedges and fences and adop­ tion of the Environmental Negative Declaration (continued from 3/7/89 meeting). Recommended Action: To continue to unspecified date. Section IV Hearing 10. Hearing of determination for lot merger group L.M. 89-1 (con­ tinued from 3/21/89 meeting). Recommended Action: To merge the lots. Section V 11. Staff Items a.
