(a} Resolution P.C. 89-28 recommending amending the text of Land
Use Element of the General Plan replacing the Multi-Use Cor
ridor with the Commercial Corridor and adopting policies &
Environmental Negative Declaration.
(b) Resolution P.C. 89-29 recommending amending the General Plan
by redesignating portions of the Multi-Use Corridor to Low,
Medium and High Density Resid~ntial & Environmental Negative
Declaration.
(c) Resolution P.C. 89-30 recommending amending the General Plan
by redesignating portions of the Multi-Use Corridor to Com
mercial Corridor & Environmental Negative Declaration.
(d) Resolution P.C. 89-32 approving a Conditional Use Permit &
Tentative Parcel Map #20779 for a 3-unit condominium at 540
11th Street.

6. Conditional Use Permit & Parking Plan for auto brokerage & En
vironmental Negative Declaration at 424 Pacific Coast Highway, A
& H Motors.
Recommended Action: To approve the Conditional Use Permit and
Parking Plan & adopt the Environmental Negative Declaration.
7. Conditional Use Permit and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map #20755
for a 2 unit condominium at 345 Manhattan Avenue, aka 120 4th
Street.
Recommended Action: To approve the Conditional Use Permit and
Vest i ng Tentative Parcel Map.

r 8. Conditional Use Permit and Tentative Parcel Map #20822 for a 3
unit condominium conversion at 23 Barney Court, 18 & 20 Meyer
Court.
Recommended Action: To continue for completion of application.
9. Text amendment to eliminate video sales in C-1 & C-2 zones and
aopdtion of the Environmental Negative Declaration.
Recommended Action: To recommend approval of said text amend
ment & adoption of the Environmental Negative Declaration.
10. Biltmore Site Task Force recommendation changing the General
Plan and the zoning of publicly owned portion of Biltmore Site
from Specific Plan Area to Open Space (Public Plaza) for that
portion west of Beach Drive and to General Comercial and C-2 for
that portion east of Beach Drive between 14th Street and 15th
Street and adoption of the Environmental Negative Declaration.
Recommendad Action: To implement Task Force recommendation with
a Specific Plan Area & adoption of the Environmental Negative
Declaration.
