3. Approval of April 18, 1989 minutes
4. Approval of
(a) Resolution P.C. 89-33 recommending a text amendment to
eliminate video sales in C-1 & C-2 zones and Environmental
Negative Declaration.
(b) Resolution P.C. 89-34 recommending adoption of the Biltmore
Site Task Force recommendation and further recommending that
a form of a Specific Plan Area be implemented for the
publicly owned portion of Biltmore Site & Environmental
Negative Declaration.
(c) Resolution P.C. 89-35 approving a Conditional Use Permit and
Vesting Tentative Parcel Map #20755 for a 2 unit condominium
at 345 Manhattan Avenue.
(d) Resolution P.C. 89-36 approving a Conditional Use Permit &
Parking Plan for auto brokerage & Environmental Negative
Declaration at 424 Pacific Coast Highway, A & H Motors.

5. Anyone wishing to address the Commission regarding a matter not
related to a public hearing on the agenda may do so at this
time.

Public Hearings
6. Conditional Use Permit & Parking Plan to allow outdoor dining
and adoption of the Environmental Negative Declaration at 2205
Pacific Coast Highway, Numero Uno Pizzeria (continued from 3/21/
89 & 4/4/89 meetings).
Recommended Action: To deny the Conditional Use Permit and
Parking Plan.
7. Variance to encroach into sideyard setback and construct a sub
standard garage at 2007 Circle Avenue & adopt the Environmental
Negative Declaration.
Recommended Action: To deny the variance.

8. Legal determination to determine number of legal units at 1834
Pacific Coast Highway.
Recommended Action: To determine the property to be legal for
three dwelling units.
