(a) Resolution P.C. 89-37 approving a variance to encroach into
sideyard setback and construct a substandard garage at 2007
Circle Avenue & Environmental Negative Declaration.
(b) Resolution P.C. 89-38 determining the legal use to be three
dwelling units for 1834 Pacific Coast Highway.

6. Conditional Use Permit & Parking Plan to allow outdoor dining
and adoption of the Environmental Negative Declaration at 2205
Pacific Coast Highway, Numero Uno Pizzeria (continued from 3/21/
89, 4/4/89 & 5/2/89 meetings).
Recommended Action: To deny the Conditional Use Permit and
Parking Plan.
7. Conditional Use Permit for sale of beer and wine at 322 Pacific
Coast Highway, Rosa's Mexican Food, and adoption of the Environ
mental Negative Declaration.
Recommended Action: To approve the Conditional Use Permit and
adopt the Environmental Negative Declaration.
8. Conditional Use Permit and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map #20284
for a 2 unit condominium at 235 Manhattan Avenue.
Recommended Action: To approve the Conditional Use Permit and
Vesting Tentative Parcel Map.
