Note: No Smoking is allowed in the Council Chambers Section I 1. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Roll Call 3. Approval of June 6, 1989 minutes 4. Approval of (a) Resolution P.C. 89-42 approving a Conditional Use Permit & Tentative Parcel Map #20820 for a 2-unit condominium at 632 Sixth Street. (b) Resolution P.C. 89-44 approving a Conditional Use Permit for sale of beer and wine and Environmental Negative Declaration at 200 Longfellow Avenue, La Penita II. (c) Resolution P.C. 89-45 approving a sign waiver for Hermosa Beach Community Center Foundation. Section II Communications 5. Anyone wishing to address the Commission regarding a matter not related to a public hearing on the agenda may do so at this time. Section III Public Hearings 6. Conditional Use Permit and Tentative Parcel Map #20620 for a 3- unit condominium at 1344 Manhattan Avenue (continued from June 6, 1989 meeting) Recommended Action: To continue to July 5, 1989 meeting~ 7. Text amendment regarding nonconforming uses and structures and adoption of the Environmental Negative Declaration (continued from June 6, 1989). Recommended Action: To continue the public hearing. 8. Conditional Use Permit and Tentative Parcel Map #20876 for a 2- unit condominium at 612 Tenth Street. Recommended Action: To approve the Conditional Use Permit and Tentative Parcel Map. -1 - 9. Conditional Use Permit amendment in regard to the hours of operation at 837 Hermosa Avenue, Fat Face Fenner's Falloon. Recommended Action: To amend the Conditional Use Permit to al­ low extended hours in the morning and deny the request for ex­ tended evening hours for the patio. Section IV Bearings 10. Reconsideration of Biltmore Site Task Force recommendation changing the General Plan and the zoning of the publicly owned portion of Biltmore Site from Specific Plan Area to Open Space for that portion west of Beach Drive and to General Commercial and C-2 for that portion east of Beach Drive between 14th Street and 15th Street (continued from June 6, 1989 meeting). 11. Review of the Conditional Use Permit at 211 Pacific Coast High­ way, Hermosa Saloon. Recommended Action: To direct staff as deemed appropriate. Section V 12. Staff Items a. Interpretation of the nonconforming use section 1303. b. Memorandum regarding Planning Commission liaison for June 27, 1989 City Council meeting. c. Tentative future Planning Commission agenda. d.
