Note: No Smoking is allowed in the Council Chambers Section I 1. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Roll Call 3. Approval of June 20, 1989 minutes 4. Approval of (a) Resolution P.C. 89-46 approving a Conditional Use Permit & Tentative Parcel Map #20876 for a 2-unit condominium at 612 10th Street. (b) Resolution P.C. 89-47 approving a Conditional Use Permit amendment in regard to the hours of operation at 837 Hermosa Avenue, Fat Face Fenner's Falloon. Section II Conmunications 5. Anyone wishing to address the Commission regarding a matter not related to a public hearing on the agenda may do so at this time. Section III Public Hearings 6. Conditional Use Permit and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map #21234 for a 3-unit condominium at 444 11th Street. Recommended Action: To approve the Conditional Use Permit and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map. 7. Conditional Use Permit and Tentative Parcel Map #21269 for a 2- unit condominium at 705 1st Street. Recommended Action: To approve the Conditional Use Permit and Tentative Parcel Map. 8. Conditional Use Permit and Tentative Parcel Map #21270 for a 2- unit condominium at 704 1st Place. Recommended Action: To approve the Conditional Use Permit and Tentative Parcel Map. -1 - 9. Variance to allow a second story office addition providing less than the required off-street parking & Environmental Negative Declaration at 415 Pier Avenue. Recommended Action: To deny the variance. 10. Zone change for the northeast quadrant of Multi-Use Corridor and adoption of the Environmental Negative Declaration: 1) From R-2 to R-1 --a) North side of 14th Street, 141' to 291' east of Pacific Coast Highway. b) South side of 15th Place, west of Mira Street. 2) From R-2 to R-2B for north and south side of 15th Street, 126' to 290' feet east of Pacific Coast Highway. Recommended Action: To recommend approval of said zone changes and adoption of the Environmental Negative Declaration. Section IV Hearings 11. Review of the Conditional Use Permit at 211 Pacific Coast High­ way, Hermosa Saloon (continued from 6/20/89 meeting). Recommended Action: To direct staff as deemed appropriate. 12. Special study to add gymnasium to C-2 zone permitted use list. Recommended Action: To direct staff to bring back text amendment. Section V 13. Staff Items a.
