(a) Resolution P.C. 89-49 approving a Conditional Use Permit &
Tentative Parcel Map #21270 for a 2-unit condominium at 704
1st Place.
(b) Resolution P.C. 89-50 approving a Conditional Use Permit &
Tentative Parcel Map #21269 for a 2-unit condominium at 705
1st Street.
(c) Resolution P.C. 89-51 approving a Conditional Use Permit &
Vesting Tentative Parcel Map #21234 for a 3-unit condominium
at 444 11th Street.
(d) Resolution P.C. 89-52 recommending amending the zoning map
for the northeast quadrant of the Multi-Use Corridor.

5. Anyone wishing to address the Commission regarding a matter not
related to a public hearing on the agenda may do so at this
time.

Public Hearings
6. Variance to encroach into the required garage setback and adop
tion of the Environmental Negative Declaration at 1928 Monterey
Boulevard.
Recommended Action: To deny the variance.
7. Conditional Use Permit for sale of beer and wine and adoption of
the Environmental Negative Declaration at 142 Pacific Coast
Highway, The Pitcher House.
Recommended Action: To approve the Conditional Use Permit and
adopt the Environmental Negative Declaration.
