3. Approval of Minutes of February 17, 1987
4. Approval of Resolution P.C. 87-8, approving 3 dwelling
units as the legal use for property at 63 -9th St. & 58 -
10th Ct; Resolution P.C. 87-12 recommending Text amendment
to City Council to require Conditional Use Permit (C.U.P.)
for fences, walls, hedges that exceed height limitation of
Zoning Ordinance; Resolution P.C. 87-13 approving C.U.P. &
Tentative Tract Map #18414 .f r0 r 2-unit condominium project
at 645 -1st Place; Resolution P.C. 87-14 recommending to
City Council prohibition of separate sale of contigous lots
when a single improvement straddles property line; Resolu
tion P.C. 87-15 recommending to City Council authorization
voluntary merger of lots without reverting to acreage or
having to comply with filing requirements under .Aricle IV,
Sections 29.5-19 -29.5-28; Resolution P.C. 87-16 approving
a variance to encroach into 17 foot setback.

Public Hearings:
6. Capital Improvement Project 85-130 & Negative Declaration
to upgrade signs on Hermosa Avenue from 1st Street to 35th
Street and Closure of Hermosa Avenue Median Breaks at 9th,
17th, 18th and 20th Streets. (Statements 1-5 from Volume
I, Section 09, Page 6 of Cal trans Local Programs Manual
must be read aloud.)
Recommended Action: To approve C.I.P. 85-130 & Negaitve
Declaration.

Conditional Use Permit and Tentative Tract Map #18330 for
a 4-Unit Condominium Project at 625 -7th Street.
Recommended Action: To approve the C.U.P. & Tentative
Tract Map.
Variances for Use, Parking, Usable Open Space, Lot
Coverage, Yards & Lot Width at 2300 Ozone Court.
Recommended Action: To deny the variances

Design tentatively scheduling a workshop for this
matter with the Planning Commission on March 17, 1987
at 6:30 p.m.
