4. Approval of Resolution P.C. 86-33, approving a Conditional
Use Permit, Tentative Tract Map #13184, & Negative Declara
tion for 2-unit condominium project at 508 Bayview Drive;
Resolution P.C. 86-53, approving an amended Conditional Use ,
Permit for proposed expansion at 2420 P.C.H., Hope Chapel ,
a Parking Plan & a Negative Declaration; Resolution P.C.
86-54, for variance to expand into required rear setback at
2420 P.C.H., Hope Chapel; Resolution P.C. 86-55, approving
a Conditional Use Permit, Tentative Tract Map #44937 &
Negative Declaration for a 10 unit condominium project at
829-833 Fifth Street; Resolution P.C. 86-56, recommending
General Plan amendments to SW Areas IVA, V, VI, VII, and I,
and Resolution P.C. 86-57, recommending zone changes to SW
Areas I, II and IV.

Public Hearings:
6. Capital Improvement Project to locate a Bicycle Rest Area,
Greg Jarvis Memorial, 50 feet north of 14th Street and The
Strand on the sand area adjacent t~ the west side of the
existing retaining wall.
Action: Staff Report, public hearing, discussion and
resolution recommending ·approval.
7. Conditional Use 1 Permit to add .new car ·sales agency to used
car sales business & Negative Declaration for 840 P.C.H.,
Casey's Isuzu.
Action: Staff Report, public hearing, discussion and
resolution recommending approval.
