Declaration to add "brewpub restaurant" to C-2 Zone Permitted
Use List; Resolution P.C. 87-69 approving a Conditional Use Per
mit & Tentative Parcel Map #19098 for 2 condominiums at 3518 The
Strand; P.,C. Policy Statement 87-2 expiration of Conditional Use
Permits date for condominiums.

5. Anyone wishing to address the Commission regarding a matter not
related to a public hearing on the agenda may do so at this
time.

6. Text Amendment to Zoning Ordinance & Environmental Negative Dec
laration regarding definition of "restaurant" & "snack bar, Con
ditional Use Permit required" (continued from 11/17/87 meeting).
Recommended Action: To conti n ue Public Hearing to second meet
ing in January (1/19/1988).
7. Public Comment to the Draft Environmental Impact Report prepared
for the General Plan Amendments/Zone Changes proposed by the
Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railway Company for portions of the
railroad right-of-way from the northern City boundary to the
southern City boundary.
Recommended Action: To receive Staff's Comments to Draft E.I.R.
to receive Comments of Hermosa Beach ~itizens and all others,
and to have the Planning Commission Comment; direct staff and
consultants to respond to all comments and continue Public Hear
ing to January 5, 1988 meeting for certification of Environmen
tal Impact Report.
