Approval of Resolution P.C. 87-51 approving a Conditional Use Permit to allow off-sale of beer/wine in conjunction with gift baskets at 321 Pier Avenue, Hermosa Beach Florist; Resolution P.C. 87-52 recommending approval of 3rd Quarter General Plan Amendments in Northwest Areas I through XI; & P.C. Policy State­ ment 87-1 interpreting what constitutes a restaurant for parking requirement purposes. Section II Communications 5. Anyone wishing to address the Commission regarding a matter not related to a public hearing on the agenda may do so at this time. Section III Public Hearings 6. Conditional Use Permit & Environmental Negative Declaration for expansion of existing sheet metal shop at 112 Ardmore Avenue. Recommended Action: To approve Conditional Use Permit & En­ vironmental Negative Declaration. (Continued from 9/1/87 meeting for City Attorney legal opinion.) 7. Conditional Use Permit & Tentative Parcel Map #18932 for 6-unit condominium project at 442 Hermosa Avenue. Recommended Action: To approve the Conditional Use Permit & Tentative Parcel Map #18932. (Continued from 9/15/87 meeting because no quorum.) 8. Conditional Use Permit & Tentative Parcel Map #18895 for 3-unit condominium project at 518 -11th Street. Recommended Action: To approve Conditional Use Permit & En­ vironmental Negative Declaration. (Continued from 9/15/87 be­ cause no quorum.) 11. Text Amendment to Subdivision Ordinance to Add Vesting Maps. Recommended Action: To approve resolution recommending that Vesting Tentative Maps be added to the Subdivision Ordinance. Section IV Hearing: 12. Special Study 87-22, Zoning Ordinance regulations regarding non­ conforming uses and structures. Recommended Action: To review Staff Report and resolution & direct Staff as deemed appropriate. 13. Special Study 86-10, Review of required 17 foot parking setback. Recommended Action: To direct Staff to continue this study with focus on exceptionally small lots & to bring back study in con­ junction with Open Space study. Section V 14. Staff Items -Memo regarding Planning Commissioner liaison for October City Council meetings. -Text Revisions for Planning Commissioners' Zoning Ordinance. -City Council Minutes 15.
