AT THIS MEETING, ONLY TWO MEMBERS COULD BE PRESENT WHICH DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A QUORUM AND THEREFORE, NO ACTION CAN BE TAKEN BY THE COMMISSION ON ANY AGENDA ITEMS SCHEDULED FOR THIS MEETING. CONSEQUENTLY, ALL ITEMS SHOWN ON THE POSTED AGENDA WILL BE HEARD BY THE COMMISSION AT THEIR NEXT REGULARLY SCHEDULED MEETING OF OCTOBER 6, 1987.
