Recommended Action: To continue this request to September 1,
1987 Planning Commission meeting.
7. Conditional Use Permit & Tentative Parcel Map #18814 for 3-
unit condominium project at 610 -9th Street.
Recommended Action: To approve the Conditional Use Permit &
Tentative Parcel Map #18814.

8. Variance to encroach into required 17 foot parking setback &
to provided less than required uncovered Open Space at 905 -
15th Place.
Recommended Action: To deny variances at 905 -15th Place.

Hearing:
9. Additional 3rd Quarter General Plan Amendment Consideration -
Removal of parking along west side of P.C.H. from 3 -7:00
p.m., Monday through Friday.
Recommended Action: To set for public hearing on 9/1/87.
