Approval of Resolution P.C. 87-37 interpreting the project at 2524/2526 Hermosa Avenue to be in conformance with the Zoning Code and Resolution P.C. 87-38 approving an amended Condi­ tional Use Permit to allow dancing at 2701 Pacific Coast Highway, C.J. Brett's. Section II Communications 5. Anyone wishing to address the Commission regarding a matter not related to a public hearing on the agenda may do so at this time. Michael regarding lowing a Zone. Section III Zislis has requested to address the Commission his request that the Planning Commission study al­ brewpub/restaurant as a permitted use in the C-2 Public Hearings 6. Condit ion al Use Permit, Tentative Parcel Map 1118804 and an Environmental Negative Declaration for .a 2-unit condominium project at 41 -8th Court.
